The Kable Team | Real Broker

John is a terrific realtor! We looked at a number of properties, but nothing really caught my attention. I finally found a property that I felt was right for me, but unfortunately the home inspection came back with multiple problems. As a senior citizen those problems were not something I wanted to deal with prior to occupancy. The deal was nixed, but John was patient and optimistic that I would find something else that was to my liking. And about a month later I did! Not only was it move in ready, it was far more affordable for my budget. John was great throughout the process. I have dealt with many agents over the years, and John is the best.

We worked with Natasha in 2019 when we purchased. Last month we sold that home and purchased our dream home with her help. Natasha worked hard to get us our dream home and we are forever grateful! Highly recommend!

Natasha and team sold our house in two days with five offers in hand. They were with us every step of the way. They were professional and very helpful.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with John Stover. He was fantastic through the entire homebuying process. John was extremely responsive through our tenure and remains responsive even now (after we have moved into our new home) Not only was he willing to show properties on short notice, but once it was time to write an offer he guided us through the process of making a strong offer, while also preserving our own financial safety. John kept things moving from the time our offer was accepted all the way through closing and possession! Also, we were moving from out of state, so Johns local expertise was invaluable. We could not have asked for a better agent to represent us and plan to recommend him to anyone looking in the Eastern Panhandle of WV.

John Stover is a top-tier real estate agent for the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. He is smart, personable and responsive, and knows his area extremely well. John went the extra mile for us on multiple occasions. If you choose him to buy or to sell, you wont regret it
